What services are available to you?

Roadside escort | All incidents that require emergency assistance will have a roadside escort dispatched | If you’re comfortable leaving the keys, the agent will stay with your vehicle until the tow truck arrives, giving you the option to leave with a third party. |
Important information!
Beacon Rescue is designed to assist with roadside emergencies only. Some accidents require specialized equipment to safely handle the vehicle and prevent further damage. These cases are known as RECOVERIES. Recoveries can be supported by Beacon Rescue, but sourcing the necessary equipment will incur an additional cost, which is borne by the customer.

1. What can I expect when I request assistance? When you call the Beacon Rescue Contact Centre, the Call Coordinator will:
· Verify your coverage using your name and Vehicle Registration Number.
· Ask for your location, incident details, injuries (if any), and transport needs.
· Dispatch the closest available agent to your location.
· Keep you updated at regular intervals until help arrives.
2. What is the average arrival time? Arrival times vary depending on location, traffic, weather, and agent proximity. Immediate assistance cannot be guaranteed, but you will be kept informed throughout the process.
3. Can I call an independent provider if I’m unhappy with the response time? You may contact another provider if necessary. If you do, Beacon Rescue cannot guarantee reimbursement until the case is reviewed, and any extra expense deemed reasonable. Dispatch will always communicate delays and provide alternative contacts if available.
4. Are there any service restrictions? Yes. Beacon Rescue services vehicles weighing up to 2,500 kg.
