Rules and Regulations for Participation

1. Eligibility
   • The Beacon Christmas Magic Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Trinidad & Tobago, St. Lucia, and Grenada who are 18 years of age or older.
   • Employees of The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
   • The Giveaway runs from November 20th, 2024, to December 20th, 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”).
   • Entries will be accepted on the stipulated days, with prizes awarded on designated Giveaway days throughout the promotion.
3. How to Enter
   • To participate, entrants must follow the instructions on the weekly giveaway post.
4. Prizes
   • Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection
   • Winners will be randomly selected from qualifying entries on the designated Giveaway announcement day.
   • The decision of The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd is final and binding in all matters related to winner selection.
6. Notification of Winners
   • Winners will be notified through direct message on the platform where the entry was submitted.
   • Winners must respond within 48 hours of being notified to claim their prize.
7. Prize Details
   • Prizes will be distributed electronically or physically, depending on the prize type. Any associated shipping costs or fees will be the responsibility of the winner.
8. Publicity
   • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd to use their names, images, and/or likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Privacy
   • Personal information provided during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
10. General Conditions
    • The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
    • Entries that do not comply with these rules will be disqualified.
11. Release
    • By participating, entrants release The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
12. Governing Law
    • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
13. Agreement to Official Rules
    • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd ’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
14. Sponsor
    • The Giveaway is sponsored by The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd .

By participating in the Beacon Christmas Magic Giveaway, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to the decisions made by The Beacon Insurance Company Ltd regarding all matters related to the Giveaway.
