This policy covers loss of or damage to the property insured as a result of explosion or collapse (other than explosion caused by pressure or ignited flue gases) including:

• Damage to the Plant
• Damage to property not belonging to the insured
• Legal liability incurred by the insured in respect to death or bodily injury to Third Parties.

Beacon’s underwriting consideration(s): A recent inspection certificate of the plant is required. A proposal form must be completed and the policy is subject to an excess.
